Damaged Goods

You must report any damaged goods within 48 hours of receipt of your delivery through our contact forms.

 

Returns Policy

We will endeavour to sort any problems that might arise subject to the following reasonable rules to protect our business.

Lumina will be more than happy to refund ex stock items returned to us within 14 days in sale-able condition, unused, unmodified and in original packaging.

Lumina will in no way be responsible or liable for any costs incurred due to faulty goods, shortages, or late deliveries relating to electricians fees or time taken from place of employment.

Please note that Lumina will be unable to refund any direct costs such as postage, packaging and insurance costs incurred to return the lights.

Ex factory items specially imported will incur a 10% restocking charge.

Ex factory items will be clearly marked in the product description.

This returns provision does not affect your statutory rights ( relating to mis-described goods or your right to cancel orders under the consumer protection (distance selling) regulations, further details of which are available from your local trading standards department or Citizens advice office.
